پشور اچ 1993ء سی مصروف عمل گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ پشاور دی حیثیت ہندکو زبان دی ترویج وسے کم کرنے والے اداریاں اچ بانیاں ولی اے۔ حالانکہ تعلیم دے میدان اچ بہتیرے گروپ تے سوسائٹیز کم کردی پیان برے گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ سی پہلے ہندکو زبان دی تحقیق تے ترویج دا بیڑہ کسی نے نی چُکا ایا۔ گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ پہلا تے اج بی سب توں نمایاں ادارہ وے جیہڑا نا صرف صوبائی بلکہ قومی حتیٰ کہ بین الاقوامی طور تے بی اپڑی خدمات پیش پیا کردا وے۔ ہندکو زبان دے وسے گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ دی محنت تے کاوشاں اظہر من الشمس وُن۔ بورڈ دے ارکان جانی تے مالی طور تے ہندکو دی خدمت اُچ مصروف اُن۔بورڈ دا انتظام و انصرام کُج انتہائی قابل شخصیات دے ہتھ اُچ اے۔ جناب اعجاز احمد قریشی”سابقہ چیف سیکرٹری کے پی کے ” بورڈ دے تا حیات چیئرمین اُن ۔ بین الاقوامی شہرت دے حامل محقق تے ادیب مرحوم ڈاکٹر ظہور احمد اعوان ادارے دے بانی چیئرمین اُن ۔ اسی طرح دوسری کُج انتہائی مشہور تے باعزت شخصیات جس راں ڈاکٹر عدنان گل، محمد ضیاء الدین ،مرحوم ڈاکٹر صلاح الدین، سید کامران شاہ کُج ایجئے نام اُن جنہاں نے حقیقی معنیاں اچ ادارے نُوں ترقی دی شاہراہ تے گامزن کیتا۔ ہندکو دی ترقی تے ترویج وسے گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ نے نا صرف بے مثال کتب شائع کیتیاں بلکہ اس دے نال نال ای بہترین قومی تے بین الاقوامی کانفرنساں دا انعقاد بی کیتا۔ اسی گہل کریاں تے گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ کامیابیاں دے بوت سرے سنگ میل طے کر چکا وے برے بورڈ دی ہک فقید المثال کامیابی گندھارا ہندکو اکیڈمی دا قیام اے جڑی اس لحاظ نال بی انفرادی حیثیت رکھدی اے کہ اس دی فنڈنگ مکمل طور تے صوبائی حکومت کر دی پئی اے جد کہ اس دا انتظام و انصرام مکمل طور تے گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ دے کہول اے۔ گندھارا ہندکو بورڈ ترقی دے سفر تے رواں دواں وے تے اس دی کامیابیاں یقینی طور تے دوسرے اداریاں وسے مشعل راہ دی حیثیت رکھدیان۔

The Gandhara Hindko Board Peshawar (GHB) is a leading literary and cultural organization in KPK which has been working for the cause of Hindko language and culture since its launch in year 1993. Although there were different groups or forums vying for the literacy cause prior to the GHB, yet none of them had a proper set-up to be called an institution for carrying out research for the promotion of the Hindko language and culture. The GHB became the first such organization that started to work for the cause of the Hindko language and culture not only on the provincial but also national or even international level.Its work has continued to expand and progress with time. The GHB takes pride in having highly motivated and dedicated members who have always supported the cause both physically and financially. Some of the most outstanding personalities are managing the GHB acitivities. Mr. Ejaz Qureshi, a highly respected former chief secretary of KPK, is the chairman of the GHB. The founding-chairman late Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Awan, was an internationally acclaimed literary figure. Late Dr Salahuddin, made machting contributions to the GHB by playing host to countless events arranged by it from time to time. Similarly, Professor Dr. Adnan Gul, Muhammad Zia ud Din, Syed Kamran Shah and many other prominent individuals are helping the GHB to move forward on the road to success. The GHB work is not confined to publication of the books alone. It holds provincial, national and international conferences to promote the literary and cultural cause. Though the GHB has a number of achievements to its credit, the major one is the establishment of Gandhara Hindko Academy (GHA) which is a rare organization in that it is fully funded by KPK government but entirely managed by the GHB. The GHB journey can be summed up as a story of a shining success. It is becoming an inspiration for all other organizations.
